Having spent years building a successful business consulting career, Aneeha yearned to find the missing piece in her professional life. Looking back at her formative years, Aneeha tapped into her passion for social justice that had led her early on to lead impactful programs at a national scale.

 

After working on both sides—program leadership and operations—she realized that promising non-profits cannot succeed without a strong infrastructure. That's where she found her purpose—helping mission-aligned organizations become more effective by strengthening their operations.

 

Aneeha's management expertise, combined with her grassroots experience with non-profit work, form a rare blend of empathy and insight that allow her to design systems that are adaptive and effective. Some of the causes closest to her heart are animal rights, gender and racial equity, and global health.

 

When she is not geeking out over systems design and new software platforms, you'll find Aneeha painting, cooking, and planning her next backpacking trip.
