Founder & Principal Consultant
Many years ago, Aneeha's passion for social justice led her from a for-profit business consulting career to the nonprofit world.
After working on both sides—program leadership and operations—she realized that promising organizations cannot succeed without a strong infrastructure. That's where she found her purpose—helping mission-aligned organizations become more effective by strengthening their operations.
Aneeha has worked for organizations of all sizes—from multinational NGOs to small startups—and saved them thousands of hours and dollars by streamlining their back-offices. Some of the causes closest to her heart are animal rights, gender and racial equity, and global health.
When she is not geeking out over workflow design and new software platforms, you'll find Aneeha painting, cooking, and planning her next backpacking trip.
